About Me

Strong communication builds trust, and I’m passionate about using it to bring people together—whether through a community event, a zine, or a really good meal.

I recently graduated from UC Santa Barbara with a degree in Communication and minors in Professional Editing and Feminist Studies. My work lives at the intersection of storytelling and community: I’ve led a sustainable fashion nonprofit as Co-President of Isla Vista Trading Post, where I organized events, managed communications, and oversaw creative direction for our zine. I’ve also curated cultural projects, edited publications, and written food reviews that celebrate the details—because small choices, from a seam in a shirt to the spice in a taco, tell big stories.

What excites me most is the chance to create experiences and narratives that feel clear, approachable, and fun. Whether it’s planning an event that makes sustainability accessible, writing a restaurant review that captures both flavor and atmosphere, or editing a zine that reflects community voices, I’m always thinking about how stories connect people to each other.

When I’m not writing, I’m probably hosting an over-the-top dinner party, curating playlists for friends, or getting far too competitive with the New York Times games. I believe in progressive futures, public libraries, and the Oxford comma.

Let’s connect if you’re into food, community storytelling, or creative communications—or if you just want to trade restaurant recommendations.
